Yes, we offer a 7-day exchange policy for unused items with original tags. Please note that items purchased on sale are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS and Email. You can use this ID on our "Track Order" page to see exactly where your Zauq package is.
