7-Day Window
You have 7 working days from the date of delivery to request an exchange for any unused item.
Pristine Condition
Items must be in their original packaging with all Zauq tags and invoices intact.
Exclusions
For hygiene reasons, fragrances and sale items cannot be exchanged unless they arrive damaged.
No Cash Refunds
We offer exchanges or store credit. Shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer.
